Look for something that says “Parfum” on the label (not “eau de Parfum”, that has alcohol in it; parfum is the pure perfume oil). I know Chanel sells parfums, a few of the other high end brands probably do to. Your best bet would be to go to a high end department store or Sephora and ask them what they carry.
I know there are a boutiques in NYC, LA, or Paris that custom mix perfume blends just for you, but they are about or more $500 for one ounce. You’d be better off sticking to an existing brand.
You could make your own custom blend with some essential oils. You can buy essential oils at any health food store. Just pick a few that you like the smell of by themselves and experiment with different combinations and numbers of drops at home until you find something you like.
The Body Shop sells perfume oils. Some of them smell pretty nice.
